Trish Buchanan

Trish was a business owner in The Kingsway for 27 years before entering real estate in 2012. She joined the Paul Nusca Team in 2018, bringing more than 35 years of sales experience and a proven track record across her professional life.

Her top priority has always been to provide a high level of representation, knowledge, trust and service, and to exceed her clients' expectations. Trish focuses primarily on South Etobicoke and the West End, where she's known to long-time neighbours often seen out walking with her dog Milo. She also enjoys cycling, theatre, movies, and serves as Rector's Warden managing church building operations.
