A native of Toronto's west end, Paul Nusca was born and has lived his entire life in Etobicoke. After graduating from St. Michael's College School in Toronto, he earned an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario and a BComm in Marketing and Finance from Toronto Metropolitan University. After several years working in the private financial sector, Paul decided to follow a 30-year family legacy and joined Royal LePage's Kingsway Branch in 2003.

With a service-oriented, results-driven approach to selling real estate, Paul grew his network of friends and clients tremendously over the years that followed. With core values of professional integrity, personal service, and a strong sense of enthusiasm, the Nusca name would come to dominate much of the residential real estate market in the west end of the City.

Paul successfully expanded his team several times to include other realtors, licensed client care managers, sales assistants, and full-time administrative support staff. He became the youngest realtor in the GTA to be honoured with membership in Royal LePage's prestigious National Chairman's Club, which ranks the company's top Sales Representatives from coast to coast, and in 2016 he became a lifetime member. From 2007 through 2019, Paul was ranked in the top 1% in Canada at Royal LePage. In 2019 he was #1 in West Toronto and #4 in Canada based on GCI.

Today, Paul remains one of the top-performing agents and team leaders in Etobicoke, known for his standard of client care and local market knowledge. He and his team continue to deliver a full, concierge-level service to buyers and sellers in the west GTA across residential, commercial, recreational, investment, relocation, and rental transactions, just as his family has done with great care since 1981.
