I have lived in Toronto for the better part of 15 years. Having had residences in Etobicoke, St Lawrence Market, Leslieville, Forest Hill, King West, Yorkville and The Beaches, I have a true understanding of what living in Toronto encompasses from many perspectives.

From the buying side, I take great pleasure in cultivating my client's needs and matching them with a property that suits them. There is nothing more satisfying to me than finding the right home for my clients and seeing them build their lives within a community. By knowing my product inside and out, I save my clients time and money by pre-approving properties prior to showing them and knowing what properties are worth at the negotiating table.

When listing your property, getting the best possible price is my ultimate goal. I believe in a strategic marketing plan alongside creative staging and pricing to achieve this goal. I also invest in the market I service. In the past 5 years, my husband, who owns and operates the prestigious custom home building company Caruk-Hall Homes, and I have purchased, remodeled and sold four single-family homes in the Toronto market. Clients value my behind-the-scenes knowledge of home construction, renovation and interior design.

Prior to my career in real estate, I owned and operated my own Public Relations firm with a proven track record of generating high-impact publicity for my clients. I draw on the same successful marketing and PR strategies and tactics from my life in PR to generate enhanced buzz about the properties that I sell.
