• Technical data: IP address, user agent, and referring URL, kept for security/abuse prevention.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule appointments, send transactional email confirmations, and follow up on your real estate goals. We do not sell or rent your information to third parties. Email delivery is handled by Brevo (Sendinblue) under their privacy practices.

Listing data displayed on this site is provided under copyright by the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board (TRREB) and other participating boards via the PropTx Amplify Syndication feed. Use is limited to consumers with a bona fide interest in the purchase, sale, or lease of real estate.

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies for session and security purposes. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
