Nicole Falls

Nicole grew up in West Toronto, living in Long Branch and then moving with her family to Humber Valley Village. Having resided in various areas of Etobicoke throughout her life, she has great insight and understanding of the West Toronto market.

Nicole attended high school at Richview Collegiate Institute before graduating and moving on to post-secondary studies. She attended Wilfrid Laurier University, graduating with an Honours Degree in Communication Studies, focusing on advertising, marketing and various levels of interaction from face-to-face conversation to social and cultural communication.

Growing up, Nicole was always intrigued by residential real estate. That, combined with her passion for people and building strong relationships, naturally led her to pursue a career in real estate.
