Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Toronto Realty Launches Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices West Realty with the Addition of The Paul Nusca Team and The Andrea Morrison Team
IRVINE, Calif. — Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Toronto Realty joined the global real estate franchise network in March of 2020. Toronto Realty’s franchise territory encompasses the majority of Southern Ontario and equates to a third of the Canadian population. With the launch of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices West Realty, Toronto Realty is proud to announce the addition of The Paul Nusca Team and The Andrea Morrison Team.
Nusca and Morrison have been leading teams serving the West End of Toronto for several years. They consistently rank as two of the top agents in Toronto where Paul Nusca was recognized as the number four team in the Canadian Royal LePage network. “Expanding into the West End of Toronto was one of our top priorities in building out our extensive territory,” said Mark Wadden, CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Toronto Realty. “The addition of these two teams made our decision to expand an easy one.”
Combined, Nusca and Morrison have been involved in ten percent of real estate market transactions in the West End of Toronto. The Toronto Realty team anticipates their West End expansion to come naturally. “We couldn’t be more thrilled to welcome their leadership into our West End brokerage,” said Wadden. “It’s nearly impossible to drive through the West End without seeing a Paul Nusca or Andrea Morrison sign. This is incredibly exciting for the growth of our brand and we look forward to building a future with these two teams.”
Toronto Realty’s senior partner and broker of record, Stephanie Newlands, weighed in with her excitement on the team’s latest inclusions. “When launching into Canada, we envisioned exactly the caliber of agents that Paul and Andrea represent. With their addition, I couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity to launch this new division of our company.”
Newlands will also become the broker of record for the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices West Realty office. The new West End office opens in the heart of The Kingsway and will serve as the primary West End office. Noted Newland, “Of course, I’m a little nostalgic about leaving the office where I worked so closely with Mark Wadden and Blair Johnson [President and Co-founder of Toronto Realty] over the last five years but, I’m looking at this new challenge and responsibility as an opportunity for growth.”

Morrison also noted how her impressions of the Toronto Realty leadership team influenced her decision to join. “From the beginning, I was thoroughly impressed with the leadership team here.
