Princess Anne Manor

Also known as “The Manor”, this area is bounded by Eglinton Avenue to the north, Kipling Avenue to the west, Islington to the east and Rathburn Road to the south (the southern-most part of this boundary is Thorncrest Village). Greenery is very present in this calm environment, as there are many tree-lined streets. Access to public green spaces is very easy in the neighbourhood since there are a few of them nearby for residents to unwind in.  

The neighbourhood features spacious, generous lot sizes and many renovated or custom builds.   The classic ranch-style bungalows, contemporary bungalows, as well as split and back-splits, 2 storey homes and Georgian Revival family homes are still present.  

Residents enjoy public tennis courts, baseball and sports fields, open public greenspace at the John G.
