Bloordale Gardens is bordered between Burnhamthorpe Road to the north. and just south of Bloor Street West to the south, The West Mall to the east, and approximately Markland Drive on its west.
Bloordale Gardens is a mature neighbourhood, surrounded by parkland and yet minutes to great local shopping, including Sherway Gardens, Six Points Plaza, and several schools. The trees on the streets of this community are older, leafier and taller than many newer neighbourhoods. It is a family friendly community, and is walking distance to Kipling Subway station, Six Points Plaza, and Dundas Street West cafes, shops and restaurants.
The housing in this neighbourhood has mostly bungalows and 1 1/2 storey homes 50-60 years old with the occassional 2-storey homes. Most of the lots have 50 foot frontages and are 110 – 130 feet deep.
